Privacy policy

The short version: we ask for as little as possible, because data we never collect cannot leak.

What is collected

• An email address or messaging handle, so credentials can be delivered and support can reach you.
• The plan you bought and the dates it runs between.
• Connection metadata generated by the streaming server: IP address, device type and the times a session started and ended. This exists to enforce the connection limit and to diagnose playback faults.

What is not collected

No card numbers reach us; payments are handled by the processor you choose. There is no advertising network on this site, and no viewing history is sold or shared with anyone.

Cookies

Two kinds. One stores your chosen language, and only if you change it, so the next page loads in the same one. The others belong to Google Analytics, which counts page views and shows us which pages get read; it reports totals and trends rather than individuals, and its advertising features are switched off. In the EU and EEA nothing is measured until you agree — the banner on your first visit settles that, and clearing this site's cookies brings it back if you change your mind. Elsewhere, browser tracking protection or Google's own opt-out add-on stop it just as well.

How long it is kept

Account records are deleted twelve months after a subscription lapses. Connection logs are rotated after thirty days. Support conversations are deleted when the thread is closed and the issue resolved.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask for a copy of what is held about you or ask for it to be deleted, and it will be done within thirty days. Email support@bestiptv2027.com from the address on the account. If you are in the EU, the UK or Canada, the statutory rights in your jurisdiction apply on top of this and are not limited by anything written here.
